Social Fund
The rules for forming and using the social fund are specified in the Directive of The Rector of Palacky University.

Employees can utilise contributions for supplementary pension insurance, private and life insurance, culture and sport, rehabilitation, vitamins and vaccination, canteen meals. Gifts to life and work anniversaries are also covered from the social fund as well as interest-free loans to bridge burdensome financial situations.
The possibilities and conditions of utilising the social fund by the faculty employees are specified by to Directive of the Dean LF-B-23/01.
It is also possible to utilise contributions for culture and sport, rehabilitation, vitamins and vaccination and such via leisure-time card PLUXEE.
Leisure-time card PLUXEE
The Flexi enables you to pay for goods and services in various leisure-time areas, such as sport, health, culture, travelling or education within the Czech Republic. The range of suppliers and services is to be found on the website but you can also download a handy app in your mobile phone which will search for the nearest contractor according to your current position.

Dining
Employees can have meals in the faculty building in the University canteen; there is also bakery Illík and cafeteria SNACK4D.
There is also possibility to have one’s meals in the canteen of the faculty hospital; the price for UP employees is the same for the hospital employees (under conditions granting contributions from the social fund). Accommodation
Palacky University in Olomouc provides accommodation to its employees, mainly pedagogical and R&D. moreover it also offers hotel-like accommodation which serves to guests to the University and general public.
UP Kindergarten
